Guest Steve T Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Related to "won't boot troubleshoot guide" above. Running a RAM test with Memtest-86 v3.3 that is in Ultimate Boot Disk. So far it has been running over 2 hours and I have 534 errors and counting. I'm on test #7. How long does this test program run? I have no idea whether these errors are "within range" or what.. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Steve T.

Guest Steve T Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Re: RAM question Thanks guys. I replaced the RAM modules, had them since January 2007; with the original ones that came with the PC and it booted up on the first try. I'll keep my fingers crossed for awhile. Thanks again, Steve T.
