No Internet explorer connection

My internet explorer won't work.  I have wireless internet connection and can easily use Google Chrome and Safari but IE won't connect.  I have restored the settings, managed the add ons, downloaded the microsoft malicious software (no threats) and checked

all settings.

Please help
