Can atopsoftware company sell microsoft downloads. Are they licensed?

Can the above company sell microsoft downloads. Are they licensed? I have purchased Windows 7 Professional last year in August, early January this year the subscription was cancelled by Microsoft and the reason was that the software was illegal. Contacted

the above company and a new Product Key had been issued to me, it worked till yesterday with the same problem. It appears that this A-top Software site is now closed but they are still advertising via other Company umbrella. I know that I have been done but

I am still looking for a way to get my system running. Can you advise.
