Same updates being repeatedly offered

I am repeatedly being offered the same .Net Framework updates - KB 2656351 and KB 2600217.  However, when I view the update history it reports that these updates have been successfully installed.  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit edition.  I

have had no problems with any other updates.  I have also run Microsoft Fix It but the issue is still there.
