Windows wont download updates or from store. Error 80240439

Installed Windows 8, authenticated it, added my Microsoft account to it, and even trusted the computer. Windows wont download updates, wont download from the store. Wont let me customize how it looks, and more and more. Error Code 80240439 for updates.
