I am trying to update and instill this but Windows Update error 0x80070103

I tired to update instill this Windows Update error 0x80070103 and When I save my file I used to type Myanmar text(Myanmar language)My text size is so small to see. In English text is not problem normal to see

 

Please Help this problem
