Recycle bin error cannot read read from the source file or disk

The only way I manage to empty the recycle bin is

 

- right click on your recycle bin

- go to properties

- check "do not move files to the recycle bib...."

- apply

- OK

 

Then

- drag out the files/folder on your desktop and

- drag again onto recycle bin

 

 

TAHT'S IT GONE
