Error 0x800705b4 when trying to Enable Windows Defender

I recently removed my Security application to remove my security app for the built-in Windows 8 Defender. After removal, I started receiving an error 0x800705b4 saying that the Windows 8 Defender has timed out.PC:Windows 8 Pro x86 (upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate x86)
