Latest update prevents logging into wordpress

On 4/10/2013 my computer did a pretty big Microsoft update. Since then I am not able to log into wordpress with IE 10. I have to use chrome. The error I get  is http 406 Not Acceptable Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format.

 

How do I fix that. I can get into wordpress with chrome with no problem.
