After KB2811660 update USB2.0 ports doesn't work on Windows 8 Pro

It does what the title say. After installing KB2811660 my front USB2.0 ports doesn't work and only way to resolve it, is to do a system restore to an earlier point. I'm running ASUS P8Z77-V with i5 in Xigmatek Midgard II computer case. (USB3.0 port not affected)
