Hp 1020 using Windows 7. Since Microsoft update yesterday it will not print. Test page is fine but it just prints a blank sheet of anything else. Have tried printing from Internet, Microsoft Office docs. etc. Ink cartridge is fine. It is defined as the

 default printer. Never had any problems previously. HP 1020 was mentioned on update.

Have looked at other references on the forum but sorry I do not understand what they mean.Please help
