I keep getting the update codes of KB2604092,KB2729450,KB2742596, and KB2789643 It does say that the updates are being loaded everyday that I run them this has been going on for some time , I also keep getting a cleanup in my microsoft security that is Exploit:

JAVA/CVE-2012-5076-GAA i'm using windows XP at the present time any help as how to keep these from appearing almost everyday and it does say that the updates are being loaded everyday that I run them this has been going on for some time , thanks for looking

 Also I have checked Java and Adobe to make sure that they are up to date,
