Guest RalfG Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Re: media files None of the music is stored in Media Player, it only maintains a library list of the media files you have on the computer. You can put music wherever you like on your harddrive but if you haven't changed any settings yet the default location for music files is in My Music, which is already a folder within the My Documents folder. There is usually an icon to open the My Music folder directly. You can point WMM to find music files in My Music or wherever you decide to store them. If you do move the music files to a different folder you will have to redo the library and playlists in Media Player.
