I am unable to boot from my hard disk.

I am using PC with Atom 230 @ 1.60 Ghz Processor, 1  Mb [DDR 2] ram, Intel 945 GCLF mother board

 

i am unable to install xp sp3, while the process of installation after 1 st restsrt of my pc i am getting an error message "Press any key to boot from cd..... unable to load the operating system"

 

I cheked the Hard drive and cable, no read or write error blocks, but....

 

can anybody help me ??
