Please help me. I get error code 0x80070002 Sec. Essentls wont update, Windows update fails, VAIO up

My Sony VAIO will not UPDATE, Please help me! I am extremely novice and don't know much, but I know that Windows Update, VAIO update, and Microsoft security essentials SHOULD automatically update, or at least update when I ask it to nicely! Every time

I shut down there are about 75 and multiplying updates that wont install. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am on an extremely low budget or I would have taken it in to a shop by now. I really like my VAIO. Except for this problem, it has been trouble free

for 3 years now. HELP?... anyone...?...ANYONE...???...Please...?...   ...   ...
