Can't download MSE, McAfee is unable to be opened, No security

I have a windows 7 OS, and have had McAfee security for some time. Recently my icon section has multiple McAfee security icons and only more appear when i try to open anything McAfee. If I drag my cursor over the icons they vanish. I just want some security

on my computer and now I'm trying to download MSE and I get a "runttime error" in my browser window instead of a download option. I started to do all of this because my computer runs extremely slow sometimes and will not play videos or open applications, and

other times it works near perfectly. I just want a normal computer again.
