Home built computer with Retail Vista Installed. I always made backups intending to reinstall on same machine if hard drive or MB went bad. Full image backup was on removal hard drive that did not get damaged. Never planned on losing entire computer to

Sandy Storm Surge. I reinstalled before on same computer with success but never tried migrating to a new computer.  Cannot uninstall Vista from old computer as it was submerged in salt water and is dead. I am not very knowledgeable but I can follow instructons.
