Guest trip2me@gmail.com Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 I'm trying to find that solution. But can't find it. How can I print a footer which is written ActiveDirectory username on each page? Because my group member waste so many paper. They don't wait time until their turn is come. I manage window 2k3 standard server with AD, and use windows printer share solution. Each memeber have their own AD account. I knew that one solution "Separator page". But I think it waste one paper also. Is there any solution?

I don't know of any way to do this - but there is a lot of printer management software you can run on your print server to track who printed what, and even force users to enter a code before the job will print. This is, however, primarily a behavioral problem and not a technological one. Perhaps your company needs more printers, or faster ones.
