Real Player wont start "web video search" IE needs to upgrade

Real Player wont get on the web for "web videa search"  It searches and I can see on the status bar "waiting for reply" but eventually it just reads that my browser needs upgrading. Though Real Player seems to be fine and communicates onlone to send me messages

and downoad videos.
