windows 7 Crystal Reports XI SP4 crashes with ntdll.dll

We buyed Crystal Reports XI SP4 and installed on our desktop computer with windows 7 Professional 64-bit in order to develope some personalized reports.

We installed the Advantage Reports Driver from iAnywhere Solution Inc.

When using the application with this driver, Crystal Reports

 crashes and stop to work:

We have controlled in the Windows events Viewer and we have found the following log of the crash event:
