WINDOWS 7 FAILURE TO UPDATE KB976932 Service Pack 1 - Error Code 80073701 _dt000

My computer has been trying to install the update SP1 KB976932 for over 2 years.  It always fails.  I always receive the Error Code 80073701 _dt000.  I have been reading many answers to this question but I have not seen the same error code.  Its always

similair but never the same.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
