Windows update and now computer won't turn on as it is coming up with the message fatal error c0000034 applying update operation. I have looked into this on the Internet and it says to put the windows disk in. The only problem is I think windows

7 came with the acer laptop or we bought a product key meaning that we do not have the disk.
