I am trying to install MSE, but it tells me to uninstall MSE.  However, it is not there anymore.  There are 5 Microsoft Visuall C++ that I can't uninstall for nothing (which I believe there are leftovers of the old MSE .  I have tried everything and it keeps

telling to uninstall MSE before I reinstall it.  Gives me the code 0x8004FF2, without the E.
