I bought a new laptop, Dell Vostro 3550 and found pirated software. I installed Windows 7 Pro (64 bit).

There is no sound at all. Keep getting a code 10 message, IDT High Definition Audio CODEC has a driver problem. I have uninstalled and re installed the driver to no avail. 

Can anyone assist?
