getting popup from "Microsoft Essentials" saying Ihave viruses, etc., on my computer that need to be

I have gotten this popup two times now.  I bordered by a red box.  I have run a complete scan on my computer and it shows no viruses.  Is this from you or a bogus popup?  It says "Microsoft Security Essentials".  Is it really?
