I'm running on Windows 7  and in the "network and sharing" page, I can see another computer listed below mine with a name that I dn't recognise.  I can't get access to it but have no idea where it suddenly came from - is this someone that's got access to

my computer ?  And if so, how do I get rid of it ?

Or is it something normal that I've just not noticed before ?
