Guest Scott Cummins Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Good Day Windows Magicians I have a Windows 2003 Server Standard that has 8 GB of RAM Physically installed, But The SYSTEM PROPERTIES, GENRAL TAB shows only 4 GB, I have the \PAE Switch in the Bootini. One Caviat, it is a Dell 2850 and I have in DIMM 1 and 2 both A and B slots 1 GB DIMMS and in DIMM 3 Slots A and B slots 2 GB DIMMs, Could it be the order they are installed? I know this may be more a hardware question, But I was hoping someone here knew for sure.. -- Scott A Cummins Sr. Systems Engineer Equity Analytics ( A division of Merrill Lynch) 14614 N.
