trying to install free download manager, I get a msg that "the installed bittorrent module can't be used with this ver of FDM. Pls reinstall"

 

I'm running a Dell Inspiron w W7 32 bit, AVG Free, and am trying to correct a glitsch in Picasa that won't let my movies get added (just the first frame, probably due to a ten year old camera that stores the .jpg on the SD card).  

 

Installing K-lite Codec Pac was rec'd as the workaround or fix, but in the process of installing it, FDM was added as well, causing the situation described above.

 

I'm lost, can you help?
