Windows Server 2003 fresh install with Dell Install CD

I installed a new server with the Dell installation CD, and used my Windows

Server 2003 standard CD, and when it came to system drive size, I told it to

be a 20GB NTFS partition. After the install, the server comes up, and My

Computer shows only a 5 GB partition, which is almost full after installing

SP2, and if you use Disk Manager, it shows up there as the 20GB as I told it

to. What do I need to do for the OS to see the rest of the space? I already

converted the disk to dynamic.
