have windows 7 and 64 bit, "HP Pavillion entertainment PC" laptop. memory is full on C and D drives.   I have removed all pictures, important documents and programs (that I installed) and memory is still full. .I have backed up all important items to a

removable hard drive.I have Kaspersky Pure virus protector and it has not found any virus or Malware eating up memory, windows defender has not found anything,At this point I would like to "reformat or reinstall factory settings" but when I go to Advanced recovery methods in Recovery, it will not open.
