Updates KB2726535 and KB2758857 fail to install on windows 7 x64 pro

I am having trouble with the following updates:- KB2726535- KB2758857Both packages fail even after trying several times with the Windows Updater

I tried to download and install both manual with a clean boot option (i know you will try and suggest it if i don't tell you i have already done it) both at the end say that this update has not been installed.

I tried to fix this by using the System File Checker, but that tool couldn´t find anything wrong with the system. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this. My PC is running on a 64 bit Windows 7 Pro.Thanks!
