K2840149 changes network settings to public

Updated windows 7 Pro 64 bit with K280149 today and it changed my network settings from Home to Public, needless to say I could no longer access any internet connections. Uninstalled K280149 and all is back to normal. I did this 3 times just to

make sure the update was the culprit. I don't know what Microsoft is up to but it has to be deliberate, no writer can make such a mistake accidently or they would be fired on the spot.
