How do you repair windows update?

I have problems updating windows with 10 updates comes up with two errors "800B0100" and "8024200D" i have tried the "Windows6.1-KB947821-v26-x64" windows fixit as shown on other posts many time but still it will not update. Also the windows features on/off

page is blank so i cannot see if Net framework is the issue or not. Can anyone help?
