After I downloaded a Windows Critical Update the icons on my taskbar changed, so I tried doing a System Restore.  Now I can't complete System Restore getting message: failed to extract the file (C:$Extend$RmMetadata$Txf) from the Restore point.  An unexplained

error occurred during System Restores (0x80070005).   I had this happen before around the first of the year.  How do I fix this?
