how do I blcok emails from a particular server?

Details: I receive emails from people selling Viagra etc., and others offering ****. I block these emails but the senders keep changing their email address, so I would like to find out how I can identify which "server" is sending these messages and block

that server. Does the community have any ideas? signed not interested in your ****.
