AutoPlay not displaying when inserting Media. (In this case, a DVD.)

Hi, I have a problem with AutoPlay, it dosen't show up when I put a DVD into my disk drive.

 

Im convinced i dont actually have the program on my system at all. I can't find it in Program files. 

 

I tried to download a freeware version, but its not doing anything. How do I update my system or redownload AutoPlay from somewhere so I can play Media again.
