Cannot turn off automatic windows update on Win8

Hi,

Anyone can tell me why I cannot turn off the automatic windows update? I log in as the administrator and I go to "change account setting" - "windows update", but the option is locked. I check my account info, it does show that I'm the administrator. I'll

appreciate it if someone can solve my problem.
