I upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 last year.  I purchased the upgrade from Walmart and installed and activated on my Dell Desktop.  Everything was working well until yesterday when I get a message the "You may be victim of software counterfeiting." 

When I run the product key for activating I get  message, "The fullowing failureoccured while trying to use the product key;  Code: 0xC004F061."  How can I fix this?  Thanks, Mike
