Windows 7 weird Version changing HELP PLZ!!!!

I really need help I dont know why but my windoes 7 just sudently got too the 98 version out of nowhere!!! It dosent even try to find any tipe of internet connection all it does is reduce the light from the screen change all Aero scheme to windows classic

plz help me
