Can someone tell me about Windows update KB 2822241?

One of my USB devices is not working, and it hasn't been working since I have installed this update.

Can someone give me some information on this model, or tell me if my device is broken because I left it plugged in while it was updating, and then it stopped working, or can someone give me some sort of solution? Anything could help.
