I am updating from a clean re-install of Windows Vista Home Premium. I downloaded and installed the update readiness tool and tried the  Windows automatic troubleshooter. However, Windows doesn't recognise the Automatic Troubleshooter.  It doesn't know

which program created the Diag.cab file and so can't open it. Going on line to find the program was also unsuccessful.  What should I do now?
