windows 7 sfc corrupt files

Over the last 9 days I have I formatted 2 pc atleast half a dozen times or more

No 3rd party soft ware  added even ran dban

Their is an update from Microsoft that is causing the issue...kb3022345

but uninstalling the update doesn't repair corrupt file..

So what do we do to repair corrupt files also I noticed if I dont install.dot net 4 profile ..then of course

the next 20 or so updates afterwards my sfc is fine

So how do we fix it...maybe Microsoft. needs to put out 

SP2. .....I just want know how to fix my corrupted files

I also  called 8 friends/relatives in different cities and states they are have in same problem
