"Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file." With only one file!

So I have collection of mp4 files in parts. Every part works except one. It runs for about 5 minutes and then gives me this: Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. I click web help and brings me to this: Windows Media Player

error C00D11B1 but this has nothing to do with my sound card. I've tried MP4 and file repair software, but it seems the file isn't corrupted. I also tried to redownload the file just in case and use the windows media player troubleshooter but it still does

the same thing. Can someone please help!?
