Dear Microsoft Community,Due to damage of our intel Celeron D processor incorporated Mercury 845GL chipset Mainboard, I have decided to fit Gigabyte aforesaid Mainboard in our PC having 80GB Ultra ATA Seagate Barracuda 7200.7(Model No: ST380011A, Config: D5C-03, Firmware 8.01) HDD

& running Windows XP SP3. The Gigabyte aforesaid  Mainboard specifications indicates it is compatible with Windows 7 & above. So, can I able to fit the aforesaid Mainboard to run Windows XP SP3 smoothly? If not, then what is the best thing I can do to solve

it? If our HDD is also not compatible, then which HDD will be best to fit with the aforesaid Gigabyte Mainboard? Earnestly waiting for your valuable advice.Thankfully yours,
