Hi, I'm facing a very strange issue that I can't fix.

 

I have run Malware Bytes full scan, Eset Nod32 Full Scan, and Zemana Anti Malware full scan. I come up with nothing. This has been happening the last few days. I delete the User Account in Windows 7 and it shows itself again. Any suggestions?
