keyboard not working after windows update 5-24-15

both laptops in my house' keyboards stopped working after an update installed this morning. i even tried a wireless keyboard and it doesnt work. i have to use on-screen keyboard. device manager says code 19, cant start device ,configuration in registry.

dont know what to do.
