windows 7 Problems with scf /scannow

I ran chkdsk /f /r and then sfc /scannowC:Windowssystem32>sfc /scannowBeginning system scan.  This process will take some time.Beginning verification phase of system scan.Verification 100% complete.Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.Details are included in the CBS.Log windirLogsCBSCBS.log. For exampleC:WindowsLogsCBSCBS.log

Next I ran the following command:

Which gave these results (amongst others) :

I then ran DISM:

DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
