My problem seems to be not unusual, judging by posts here.

In the last couple of weeks or so,  I am sending mail to one particular correspondent (my son, who is currently working in China).   When I check the "sent mail" folder my message is not there, but it turns out the message was actually sent and received.

All my other mail is working normally.

The problem began when the order in which sent mail is displayed suddenly was reversed, for no apparent reason, and after fiddling I was able to get it back into date order, latest first.  How I did this I have no idea;  I just fiddled at random.

Now I know I'm not supposed to give my email address here, but I'll never find the site again, so anybody wants to offer a suggestion please use

I guess this should defeat the machine-based address-collecting systems and anybody can figure out the real address.  Right?

Jim
