Identify 3rd and 4th character in a 5 digits number in excel

i have a series of 5 digits numbers in column A and the 3rd and 4th characters have an assigned name.. if in A1 is 67352 (assigned as 35 is Dictionary) and in A2 is 93422 (assgned as 42 is Newspaper).  How can i identify these numbers in column B using Excel.
