I am a professional photographer and for the last several years I have been printing my photos from my picture file to a CD in a drawer on my Dell hard drive.  Suddenly it has stopped doing that and I get a message E:/is not accessible incorrect function

and if I put the disc in the other drawer I still get the same message. I feel a driver my have been disabled. For the last two weeks I contacted Norton Technical Support and two different men worked four holurs each on two different nights to correct some

other problems. I feel they may have done something to create this problem as everything was fine a month ago. How do I re-install drivers if that is the problem? I hope this is a simple problem to correct. I am using an old pc windows XP. Thanks, Harry
